Kikui Scissors – Double Swivel Shears

Kikui was the first to develop and market titanium-plated scissors for barbers and beauticians. It is highly resistant to corrosion and friction. These shears offer rigidity comparable to ceramics, permitting a consistently sharp and accurate blade angle.

Founded in 1953, Kikui Scissors are exquisitely crafted in a small family-owned and -operated factory located in Wakayama, Japan. Placing emphasis on functionality and performance, Kikui Scissors utilize an alloy with over 70% cobalt to achieve the perfect balance of durability and an ultra-smooth cut. Each pair of shears is finished by one of the three scissor masters.

If you order 5-inch Double Swivel Shears, it has to be special order that takes 4 to 6 weeks.

It’s a good idea to have both of them .you wont be able to live with out them when they are being sharpened and once you have mastered these tool you will love having different finish options they can offer.
