As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at lashear.com. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at lashear.com, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 15 days to issue a return and request a refund.

1. General Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Any return requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. In your email, please include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Restocking Fee: Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Late or missing refunds: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15  business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue in your email to [email protected] for faster resolution.
